I am really interested in hearing from people who have Diabetes and how their secrets of sanity eating 24/7 can help with a few ideas about What can a Diabetic Eat??

Keeping that in mind bon appetite!
Avoid anything sweet, whether natural or not (Orange juice, apple juice sodas are loaded with sugar). Artificial sweeteners are ok.
Eat lots of vegetables (there's more vitamin C in a green pepper than in an orange).
Eat small amounts of meats and other fats.
Minimize high sugar fruits like apples and oranges, but replace them with small amounts of berries or melon (not watermelon).
In other words, eat a healthy diet.
EXERCISE! Get a pedometer at the drug store for $10-$20. Use it! Walking 10,000 steps per day will dramatically improve your blood sugar and Hgb A1C levels.
Good Luck
