When along came the wondrous surprise
A beautiful baby girl
Kooing softly in her fathers arms
She was a new jewel in the crown
Of a love that lasted so long
Time itself cannot erase
The evidence of the greatest thing
That any man could hope for
A sign never ending strength
That jewel to wear upon the crown

As she walks the streets of lifes great dawn
This daughter of eternal passion
She shines in the world
Like a radiant sun
A testament to the power of love
Her sparkling eyes
And brilliant smile
Give light to that which will never die
Like a sparkling pink jewel
In settings of gold
Is this woman
The proof of love
A love that lasted so long
