Hello good people. This week's show will look at some very important
people in the world, perhaps the most important people in the world,
Mothers. Not just your Mother, but any of the Mothers' around you in
your life. For me, I have my mom, grandmothers, neiece (with 2
beautiful kids), my girlfriend (wonderful son), and many others who I
see every day. This a tribute to all of them.
Expect to hear tracks from OC, Ghostface, Spoonie G, Common Market,
Jay Z, Joe Tex, Micranots, Last Emperor, Divine Sounds, Curtis
Mayfield, Kanye West, Bohannon, Buck 65, Evidence, 2pac, Funkadelic,
etc....
I found a lot of other tracks that I probably won't get a chance to
play. That got me thinking of a new concept. I'm working a way to
have "bonus round", "alternate definitions" or something of that
nature. I'm still developing the best way to flip so stay tuned.
Also, one thing I noticed in putting this together was that a lot of
times these dedications were for moms that passed away. Now I'm sure
all these guys told their Mother's they loved them thru out life, but
it got me thinking of that whole theory of how sometimes we don't pay
tribute to the important people in our life until after their gone.
With that in mind, be sure to do something special for the Mothers in
your life.
