This recipe has always been an easy favorite for potlucks and with little kids. Not only that, it is fairly inexpensive to prepare also! I've been making this for years; adjust as you'd like.
1 pkg spaghetti cooked al denti
8 Cups of your favorite spaghetti sauce (I make mine from scratch, but it isn't necessary!)
16 oz Mozzerella; shredded
8 oz Pepperjack; shredded
12 oz Monterey Jack; shredded
1/2 C Parmesean Cheese
Prepare spaghetti, add half to a 8.5 by 11 cake pan. Pour sprinkle cheeses over the noodles, add four cups of the sauce over top evenly. Add second half of noodles, sprinkle over additional cheese and remaining sauce. Sprinkle parmesean over the top.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about an hour.
I like to let it 'settle' for about twenty minutes after taking it out of the oven before serving also.
