Microwave Brownies

SERVES 12

2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup unsifted flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts (optional)

Spray pan
beat eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
Add butter, flour, and cocoa.
Fold in nuts.
Put in 8" square microwave safe pan.
High power for 6 -7 minutes rotate every 1 - 1/2 minutes.

Add some flavored chocolate chips like mint to add a different taste.

This is great for a hotel with a microwave. Just pack some eggs and butter in the cooler, Also bring some vanilla. All the the rest can be a mix in a labeled ziplock.
