- Noodles
- Chicken Broth
- 4 cups dry fine bread crumbs (1 loaf of bread)
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1/2 cup cream or Half & Half
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- pinch of allspice, if desired
Cook noodles (as many as you like) in broth until done. Combines crumbs, butter, cream (or Half & Half), eggs and allspice. Shape into balls the size of a walnut. Add to cooking noodles for about 10 minutes. (Balls will float).
