So for dinner tonight I made a dish that I have made in the past. It's quite delicious but I have not idea what to call it. So here it is:
Start with a tablespoon of olive oil and 1/2 tablespoon of sesame seed oil in a large pan (I always use my sauteuse for such things). Heat the oil and add a couple of cloves over minced garlic... stir fry for about 30 seconds or so...

Then add a tablespoon of Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce (give or take depending on how spicy you want it) We generally like it very spicy so I add a little more. Stir fry that for about 30 second also...

Then add a about a pound and half of diced chicken. Keep it stirring so as not to burn.

When it's about halfway browned up add a small onion chopped to desired size. Keep stir frying for a few minutes.

When after a few minutes add mushrooms. Mushrooms are optional as I know some people don't like them. We use baby bellas.

Stir fry for a few more minutes then add half a head of shredded cabbage and 1/2 cup of low sodium soy sauce. Stir unti everything is mixed real well. Turn the heat down to low cover and simmer for about 5 or 10 minutes or until the cabbage is tender.

Serve over rice noodles and enjoy.
