Here's an easy one I learned from my Mother in Law that even the non-cooks can make.
Treat or Spam with Mustard and Onions
Slice a can of either Treat or Spam. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Top each slice with a slice of onion, a sweet one like vadiala works well. Spread the onion and meat with yellow mustard. Bake in a 375 degree oven till sligltly browned and the onion is cooked through.
It makes for a fast dinner with some mac and cheese or mashed potatoes and a veggie of your choice. Dinner's on the table in minutes.

For camping we tried the Turkey Spam but didn't like it. We were happy when Spam came out low fat though and that's all we use now.
Is treat the same as spam? (I had never heard of it before)
