I love to eat out every once in a while. I've had alot of bad experiences with different restaurants...but there have been a couple here and there where I've just been amazed by the service AND the food. So I have to say that Uno's, Charlie Brown's, and Bravo have been my favorite ones. Even those really fancy shmancy restaurants catering to a certain ethnic cuisine came in low with their service. Maybe I expect too much when I'm paying for quality, taste and service.
What matters to you when you eat in a restaurant? Music? Atmosphere? Service? Taste/quality/variety of the food? Smoking/non-smoking sections?
What's your favorite restaurant?

My favorite chain is Houlihans - great all around, including price wise.
I'm also a big fan of the small privately owned ethnic restaurants - there's a great indian place just down the street here.
Smoking is also an issue for me - I'm Praying for a no-smoking law to get passed in Pa. I am about a hundred times more likely to go to a restaurant if they don't allow smoking at all and I WON'T go to a restaurant that doesn't at least have a non-smoking section.
My favourite restaurant of the moment is Oloroso - the chef is great and the food is wonderful.
There are a few chains that I like a lot... the Rainforest Cafe makes me happy; I love theme restaurants like that! And I love Cheesecake Factory, mmm. Delicious! A mall near my school has both of those, hooray!
I also like the smaller restaurants... at home, there's one called the AB&G, mmm. Great burgers! And another one, called the Iron Horse, where they put the cheese inside the burgers... so tasty. And Kazuki... mmm sushi! I need my sushi every now and then.
Down here at school, there's a great stromboli place called Stuff Yer Face (it's where that Mario guy on the Food Network got his start). And in NYC, I love the atmosphere at Jeckyll n' Hydes', but it's rather overpriced. There's another place in NYC, I think it's called Angel Share? My roommates brought me, and it's got really good Japanese food.
It's too impossible to narrow it to one, but those are my favorites!
