1 cup of real crabmeat and juice
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup of chopped mushroom stems
5 tablespoons Parmesan
garlic salt, pepper, old bay seasoning to taste
20 to 25 white mushrooms caps depending on the size
1/2 cup bread stuffing ground up...I like Pepperridge farm herb
Oil to bush the mushrooms with
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Combine the crabmeat, cream cheese, parsley,butter and Parmesan. Add seasonings to taste. Wipe mushrooms with damp towel and dip in oil. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture and top with crumbs. Spray the tops with Pam spray to help them brown. Transfer to the oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the filling is hot and melted.
