Rapture of Tim Russert
For anyone who doesn't believe in God or the Bible I hope this insight helps bring you closer to an awareness of your surrounding world and the unseen powers which guide it. Tim Russert was a man of men. He epitomized what a father should be in all men. The timely passing of this great man wasn't just a coincidence but an act of the Almighty calling home a favorite son, as if one where picking a ripe fruit from a tree. In this metaphor the tree is mankind and the fruit was Tim. He in his book "Big Russ and Me" had shown to us all what and how a father should be like in the family unit. A true role model for all people to emulate and strive for in there own lives. God needed to pick him at his ripest time. A time that best would characterize who the Father is in Heaven and how men should be here on earth. We were created in the image of God and what nobler way to depict his meaning then choose a great son for us all to witness at the appointed time.
It's not suppressing that before flying home to America his wife said; "I want to give you a hug; maybe I'll never see you again," as if she knew what was about to unfold in a subconscious way. Another amazing so-called "coincidence" was when the service had concluded and the mourners left the Kennedy Center building the song chosen for the exit anthem was "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" and, lo and behold a magnificent rainbow was stretch in all its glory over Washington DC. This is neither a "coincidence" or "just one of those things" but God showing man through signs that he was here and listening to the cries of us all. A true modern day rapture in the deepest biblical sense. The father calling home one of his proud sons, just as Jesus was called, and many more some right in our own neighborhoods. We just need to take the time and look around us and analyze why someone you may have known, who again epitomized the noble life as stated in the Good Book had died in a sudden way. Then you will see the rapture in everyday people whom you once chalked off as just a premature death.
May the Light of
God cover and protect you all.

O Kaaaay .. I'm still looking for the punch line here.
Maybe the attackers of 9-11 were being called home as well. Maybe every single soldier who has ever died, for any reason whatsoever, did so because of "an act of the Almighty calling home a favorite son.
Let's celebrate every death as an act of God calling home a son. :O/
God does not control all of these things.
Can render one confused. You need to look at the entire breath of the word. As for king David God is a forgiving god when he sees that we are truly repentant of our past aggressions. He can look deep into the heart as feel our truth. A great metaphor is the Egyptian book of the dead when the heart was weighed against a feather to decide ones destony.
This is true. But many would disagree with you. Many of the commandments we find WERE FOR THE PRIESTHOOD. And they were meant for those times not ours. The whole notion of "Jesus" "returning" was FOR THOSE TIMES.
Truly, this is something we all ought to be saying everyday to our loved ones.
Our legal system spends too much time trying to read intentions. I don't think the hell a serial killer brings into this life grants him any more then what he has created for others. But, this is for Infinite Intelligence to sought out. We just need to work harder in getting them BACK to "God" for disposal.
Sometimes God whispers his thoughts in our ears. At other times, he sends a multi-billion dollar army to do his "work."
The Fall from Grace: ... spirit into matter.
The REAL question you should be asking is why God tolerates this? After all, I did not create these things, God did. And, he sustains them.
God does work in Mysterious Ways... doesn't he?
Because God is Mind, consciousness. This is also why "no man has ever seen the face of God" .. one can not "see" Mind.
Jesus was the "seed of David" .. meaning a man. He was in fact a decendant of a king! The Romans did not care about "Jesus's" [ a Greek name ] religous views. But his talk of a kingdom bothered them greatly. He could have gotten thousands of Jews murdered by the Romans with such talk.
Ahh politics, they are in everything!
The bible was written by men...hundreds of years after Christ was supposively here...The actual present day bible was a compilation of writing edited by the Vatican many years ago....To believe that the Christian religion is the end all..be all religion is very funny...
Dinosaurs will have lived on this planet hundreds of millions more years than mankind ever will....why? Generally...animals only kill what they need to survive...man kills regardless of that need....I have a theory that any planet that has a species as advanced as we humans have become....destroys itself in a very short period of time...
There may well be a "God"....but certainly not the one from the bible....many religions prior to Christianity had a virgin mother...etc....The bible is merely a continuation of prior beliefs, and like all religions..was written to control the masses....for better or worse....The Christians murdered millions in the crusades, and Spanish inquisition...
