What are you grateful for?

I am grateful for:

Encouraging words

Smiling faces

Inspiring stories

Comfortable safe places

People who love me

Strangers who care

Coffee to wake me

Days when I have really cute hair

My babies little hand when it touches mine

Any old day when everythings just fine

My bills getting paid

Having a roof over my head

Having food to eat

Getting to sleep in a comfortable  bed

Having books to read

When dinner turns out just right

When my favorite song comes on

The stars shining bright on a clear night

My daughter dancing when she thinks I can't see her

My mom being there for me every time I really need her

My son telling me he loves me all the way up to space

The time I went to my friend crying and he kisssed away every tear that ran down my face

 

I was told that saying what your grateful for keeps you humble and in the perfect position to receive more blessings in your life. So please my friends share and tell me what your grateful for.

my husband and my daughter, my job, my sisters and brother, love, food to eat, a place for us to live, money to pay the bills, our church, being able to give to those who are in a worse place than we are in life, and lots of other things

simply to be able to see the beauty that God places just in front of me! Its so nice to have the vision of an artist and desire to pay attention to details in life...there is beauty in almost anything ~! you just have to look closely sometimes

That is a wonderful exercise. I use to keep a praise journal in which I listed five things each day that I praised God for. I should get back to that.

Today I will say:
My wife Cindy
My relationship with Jesus Christ.
My friends
My family
My Job

I could go on but I will stop at five.

I try like they taught me when I used to go to AA. Everthing! It doesn't always work, but I try!! I AM very grateful for life, family and friends and freedom!

Well, you said it beautifully! But I will take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Yeshua (Jesus) who gave His sinless life in exchange for our sinful one; and who extended to us the opportunity to be delivered from the curse and have a close relationship with the Heavenly Father again! I am so glad that I am freed from the law of sin & death, and that I can choose to live in the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus! Free from sin, sickness, poverty, & death (the death that separates us from God). God is good! Thank you for sharing & thank you for your comment on my article!
