Gather Goals. I've got mine. Do you have any?

I've got Gather goals and wonder if you have any.

Here are mine. 

Make a friend every day. 

Respond to 5 articles or discussions on a daily basis.

Create 1 new article daily. 

Join 1 group a week. 

Send out 5 group invites to my group.  http://ui.gather.com a week.

 The cash payout this winter if they still have it when I have more time.

Whether or not I accomplish this task is a different story.

I used to have some... But I realized I don't have that much time. I just get on whenever I can and do whatever I can.

Goals are great, and if you have time to complete them, will guide you toward the success you desire. My problem is that though I love Gather, I don't have a lot of time to play around here and enjoy the site. I keep returning because I enjoy and appreciate the friends I made here. Anyhow, great topic for an article.

I use them to keep me on track. Sometimes I don't accomplish them but that isn't a big deal. There is always tomorrow.

Joe you shouldn't be so negative. It is most certain that you will find nonsense. Especially when we have the freedom to post what ever we want. There are several writers or would like to call themselves that who do not know how to use proper grammar. However I consider this an area where they can practice.

Personally I think all information is useless unless it is for the good of man.

Joe I am pretty new here, and I have seen some stuff I don't like , people bickering back and fourth, I JUST USE MY DELETE. I enjoy most of the articles, and when you get my age all your friends talk about is their health problems so it is nice to converse with other people. My goal is just to get through all the emails

Nice list. Mine is to get enough points to make a $25 donation to PVA.
I'll be happy if I can get more caught up enough to not always be at least a day behind on all the emails. But I have a Palm Pilot full of other goals, not necessarily Gather-related. They rarely all get done, but at least they help keep me on track. Sort of. Sometimes.

my goal is to earn enough points for a 500.00 giftcard to that vacation place to go to Vegas, or mabey enough to order cool giftbaskets for family from another site.

nice goals. I used to try with similar goals, but I have very interrupted days.

I actually hadn't really thought about it in real terms.
I want to meet new people.
I want the opportunity to show my pictures and learn more about photography.
I hope to brave and write more.
I definitely want to catch up on commenting!
I need to think about this some more.
Those were thoughts i'd had but not definite goals I want to accomplish.
