I hope you are having a great day. I just wanted to say that I feel into my no wheat no dairy diet while going to yoga. We had a special detox class and we talked with a naturalpath who suggested this for people feeling slow and fatigued alot.
I just started it last week and already my energy levels are up, I have less water retention, have found great subsitutes to wheat and dairy. But the best thing I have noticed is my skin is so soft and feels great! I used to have such dry skin.
It is worth checking out what we eat!
