Quirks and Quarks from Canadian Public Radio has a very interesting show (available as mp3 download) addressing the science of Happiness.

It turns out, Happiness is not about being beautiful and successful. Rather Happiness derives from -- get this -- connecting with people, getting exercise, and eating well.

Yeah, that's what I said. Beautiful and successful people like me once again get screwed over. Nice.

that's just health they're talking about. happiness is about being beautiful and successful, to yourself, whatever those concepts actually mean for you.
