Sports Writers!

Do you think you're a great sports writer? The Gather Team is looking for unique, original and intelligent sports writers to provide their insights into the Spring 2006 baseball season which is only weeks away. Who do you think will be the team to watch this season? How much do off-season trades really influence the outcome of the season? Are the Yankees "buying" their players? Who do you think will win the World Series this year?

The best writer will be featured on the Gather homepage the first week of April.

Please post content to "everyone" and within your own Gather sports group. Also feel free to invite your friends to step up to the plate!

Damn I wish I saw this earlier!!! I'm majoring in sports journalism in college so I can become a top sports writer. Let me know if you still need someone.

That was very little time. I realize that I was posting this on the seventh, about a week late, but I still think that there was not enough time. I will be posting my article today regardless, but I realize that it will probably fall upon ignoring ears.
