Destiny's funny remark of the day...at least thus far

Since Destiny is in that funny things toddler's say phase I've been documenting these phrases and comments she's made and plan to scrapbook them, make her a small book or something similar when I finally get some time.

11-6-09 Today's funny talk went like this...

Mommy what's that on your plate?

It's a piece of tomato.It feel out of mommy's sandwich.

Eww, mommy tomato's are yucky.

No, Destiny their yummy.

Destiny what do you think speghetti sauce is made of?

Ketchup mommy.

No, Destiny it's made of tomato's and so is ketchup.

No, mommy ketchup is just ketchup.

Yesterday she was jumping on her bed and after her two warnings she still didn't want to listen.She also took off her clothes at some point during this jumping stage.I called my grandma to tell her how Destiny picked out her own outfit again and is actually good at matching.Well, she heard part of the conversation and hence decided to take off her clothing. She ended up in her time out spot.After sitting her time I went back to ask her why I put her there.

She goes mommy I was jumping on my bed.I go what else? She goes I was naked and not using my listening ears. I go you know your not allowed to jump on your bed so why were you jumping on your bed?

Because it's soooooooooo fun mommy.

At least she was honest.
