Note to Self
Keeping a journal is easy. Keeping a life-altering, soul-enlightening journal, however, is not. At its best, journaling can be among the most transformative of experiences, but you can only get there by learning how to express yourself fully and openly. Enter Samara O'Shea.
Selections from O'Shea's own journals demonstrate what a journal should be: a tool to access inner strengths, uncover unknown passions, face uncertain realities, and get to the center of self. To help create an effective journal, O'Shea provides multiple suggestions and exercises.
All requests must be submitted by Tuesday, July 1st.

Thanks,
Even if I'm not chosen this is now on my to buy list. Thank you for introducing me to it.
However, I have written about O'S hea's previously published book, For the Love of Letters: A 21st Century Guide to the Art of Letter Writing, here.
More than just a review, I culled some of her ideas and wrote about them.
Letters is not only a how-to, but a general, historical, insightful - and often humorous - look at the art of letter writing.
I intend to read O'Shea's new book at some point, and in the meantime, look forward to reading some fine reviews here.
