We never know when our time will come and should live everyday to the fullest. I try to never take for granted that I will be here tomorrow, next month or next year. Sure, I make future plans, we all do. However, it is always in the back of my mind that I may not be here.
I have a Business Associate, just 67 years old, with no health problems other than arthritis. She died suddenly on Sunday night from an aortic aneurism. So tragic and sad. I am sure that she did not get up that morning thinking that she would be gone before night fell again, as none of us do.
Life your life like there is no tomorrow and be thankful for every minute you have.

That is the key. However we are condition to worry about present and future which can get in the way of the joy you should be experiencing now.
