"How much change can one summer bring? For 32 year old Caddie Winger, one summer can make the whole world look different. Jolted out of her comfy, self-made nest and forced to look at the world with new eyes, Caddie begins to take charge of her future - making a new best friend, taking risks she never dreamed she could, and navigating the depths and shallows of true love and crushing heartbreak. And in the course of one extraordinary season, Caddie will learn how to trust other people ... and, ultimately, how to trust herself."
Nana was all that Caddie had ever known, the woman who raised her and provided stability in her life. She has remained with Nana even as an adult. Now, with Nana aging and moving to a retirement home, Caddie is forced to think for herself and to step out of her comfort zone and start to live.
I loved this book. The things that Caddie must face are things that all of us have dealt with at one time or another. I definitely recomend this to anyone.
