What type of paintings do you enjoy?

I like Monet and similar types of paintings. I appreciate modern art, but its not my favorite. I like paintings that look like a lot of effort were put into them. I like a lot of color.

Impressionism I guess is my favorite, cubism is cool. I like a piece of art that takes me somewhere and makes me feel something

I really like impressionism but not sure what style someone like Norman Rockwell or Thomas Kincade creations are. But, I'm a realist so I prefer to know what I'm looking at and not trying to put my spin on it.

I admire many types of paintings, but that doesn't mean I can live with them.

My favorite artwork is refrigerator art.....yes, the scribbled coloring done by children with little talent, but huge imagination.
