Some of my Gather artist friends have asked about how the show went, so here's an update:
It was great venue, well-done exhibit and well-attended. I met the curator who was very complimentary and explained why she chose my piece. People were contantly checking it out, reading the placard with my statement next to it, etc. They seem to find it interesting. Don't know if it's going to sell, or not; I'm not sure about how aggressive the venue is for sales, even though they did a first-class job on the show. In any event, it's a great credit for my resume, and I met some great people, including some local dealers that may be interested in exhibiting my work in their gallery.
So it was a great night. On to the next thing...

But anyway, I always feel that we have to make the effort to take care of our planet and it's people. Care2.org and ONE.org are simple petitions to sign that get passed by volume of signatures
