It is now 3 years and exactly 3 months since we first laid eyes on George at LAX that rainy night. George the Cat is now known as George of the Tundra. He rules his roost with a heavy paw. We feed him milk, beef, chicken, fresh fish (lightly grilled only), and any other food he decides looks good in the moment. He likes veggies and fruit juice. He has his own kitty water fountain, and likes to be fed water from a cup at bedtime. He loves to swim in the river, ride on the ATV and beat up the dogs. He likes to meet tourists who immediately fall in love with the white kitty with grey patches riding on one of his human's shoulders through town. They stop and stare at the kitty boldly leading his family at the head of his leash. I lost count of the number of offers to buy George, which of course, were promptly and firmly refused. As to reactions by local folks, the following is typical;
local: "Hey there, folks."
us: "Hey, h....."
local: "Hi, George how are you doing?"
us: "We're..."
local: "Taking some air, are you?"
us: "yea..."
local: "Gotta run. See you later." (scratches George's ears) " Bye."
us: "Bye."
George, George, George of the Tundra
Slick as he can be...!

I am totally in love with George! This cat has class and character!
Too cute. We have a song for our cat too! That's pretty much where the similarities end. My cat is very picky when it comes to food, and she's a bit of a scaredy cat too! But I still love her.
Thanks Cathi. Seems he's building a following...
S.M.K. I have absolutely no doubt that you do! Thanks for visiting!
oh that dear sweet baby - no wonder we couldn't keep him INSIDE the house....we had to get rid of him - cough hack...ahem 'adopt him out' before he taught all of our cats how to open the doors, I'll never forget that crazy cat crawling into my bubble baths with me and plopping down on my stomach seemingly waiting to be soaped up - - which is what I did with him - - I'd lather, rinse, then he'd jump out and wait to be scruffed with the towel...leaving me to then take a shower. What a great cat you got there Joyce....we are coming to AK in July - don't know if you'll be there or not....
Anna....!!!!!
=D Can I come and be your kitty too?
He has THE LIFE!!!!!
I want that life!!!
I respond exceptionally to being scratched under the chin =D
Thank you for posting kitty to GutterGirls~

Your ticket is on its way......!
I've got this cuddly cozy sleep area all picked out...big enough for visitors too....meow!! ;)

Thank you Tony. He is strictly top drawer!
Beautiful cat!
Thank you!
Gracias, Keith! He is a great attention getter, ah the stories I could tell!
Awwww, what a pretty cat. Seems to be quite talented too. I don't think George knows he's a cat. LOL
Lee, I do believe you are right! He thinks he's part cat, part dog and part human!!! But he is beautiful! Thanks for your comment!
:) wishing you laughter
Thank you, Quinn, back atcha!
That's your human-cat, meaning that like us, you're his, as we are with our cats, errr, well, they're the ones running things. They do know it too.
