I am grabbing pen and paper and stalking my daughter next!
The Front Porch just e-mailed me that they have selected 'The Buzz Cut' for publication this spring. This is my humorous story about our middle son's hair dye experiment and the resulting love affair with some fuzzy bumble bees.
Previously I made my wife famous (or perhaps infamous) with The Coffee Monkey. Later I detailed my oldest son's tenth birthday disaster in Our A-Team Cake. So, with Buzz Cut accepted for publication, it is now time to target my daughter!
That is the bane of living in a family with someone who decides to write! There is no privacy; every faux-pas and klutsy event is fodder for the pen.
Shhh, gotta go; I think I see her trying to sneak past the hallway door. I'll get her.
Her and her little dog too.
