Cheryl, don't get disheartened. Like you, 'If I received half as many comments as those that I post....' I'd be swimming in more than a puddle in the back blocks of West Oz.

Since I joined Gather at the very end of March, I've noticed that commenting is so very often a one-way street - many who post are after readers to give them points, and for them this is a one-way street.

I'd send you a box of gift cards if I could, but all the Gather points ever issues are not worth one cent in Australia. Instead, I'll give you 10 stars for all the commenting that you've done, and thus helped others on their way up the 'top members' ego ladder.

I don't remember exactly - but you may get as many points for posting comments as you do for receiving them - but you do get alot more for posting articles that lots of people comment on. Try this - every once in a while - write something small, and completely over the top - a John A 2.0 type of article - no more that 6 lines, 45 words is best - then egg the people on like your tossing bloody chum in the water. You'll rack-em up so fast you'll be enjoying umbrella drinks on the beach while I give you a deep full body massage.

I might have to make the same offer to Stephanie Brail because she's one ballsy chick.
