Okay, I've been here at Gather for about a month and a half and have finally gotten to the point where I can't keep track of things. I used to be able to check back on articles I've commented on and even keep up a running conversation of sorts but now there are so many I want to keep up with, many are falling between the cracks, as it were.
So if anyone has asked me a question and I haven't answered, it's not that I'm ignoring you, it 's just I've lost track of where I've been. LOL
There's got to be a better way of keeping up with comments but so far I've only found going back to "comments by me" and sorting through. However, I do comment a lot so.....guess maybe I shouldn't talk so much then it might be easier.....oh well, c'est la vie.

In the Cosmic Scheme of Things, it matters not at all.
You should be able to check in the History section of your browser, but I'll bet it won't work.
So you are behind, just like the rest of us.
"I place my foot into the stream, but the water has already moved on." I think that was Lao-Tzu.
Or - "Where the &%^^$#@#@ is that witty comment I made?" - that would be the rest of us.
I think checking your own old comments is the only way.
But for all its faults, Gather is still pretty good; at least they didn't make us cut off one joint of our 4th finger, like the last group I ...uh... never mind.
Yes, and sometimes I have to skip a few days, that really leaves me scrambling to catch up.
