Gays are the New Communists

From Senator Reid:

"This Republican Congress has now completely failed the American people.
We knew they wouldn't stand up to big drug companies. We knew they
wouldn't repeal the tax breaks they gave to big oil. But we did expect
them to protect our kids. It is now clear we expected too much of them.
They are not up to the job of upholding America's values.

"It is not enough for House Republican leaders to work to ensure this
disgrace is not repeated in the future. Every parent in America expects
them to fully investigate why it was permitted in the first place. The
problem today isn't the page program, which has been in existence since
the time of Daniel Webster. The problem today is that House Republican
leaders had evidence of a sexual predator in their ranks and chose to
cover it up instead of choosing to protect these children. What is needed
is for Republican leaders to testify under oath about what they knew, when
they knew it, and why they didn't properly act."

Oh, hey, did you know Drudge was gay too? Seriously, he is. Just in case you were unaware of that fact.

allen, allen, allen. where do you get these democrat secrets? seriously, i think you need to look at your source. i'm beginning to view the rightwing commentators much like i view the arab press.

when my late husband and i got together, he bet me that hillary would be indicted within the year for travelgate. i tried to reason with him, tell him that hillary never was an employee of the federal government. when that didn't work, i told him that if he loses, he will wear a dress for a day. i had a ducky turquoise dress all picked out for him, with matching red pumps. he reneged on that, but he stopped taking rush limbaugh's word for things. he was still a rightwinger, but in the last year of his life he even got tired of foxnews.

Help me with this. Are you saying that the Democratic Party created this list?

Yes. This is a list of conservatives they claim are gay.

troublemkr s, before admonishing Allen P, check out the link in his original article. You will see where he got his information and I must say it appears to me from information available it looks like a campaign to destroy these people. True or not I don't know. Good post Allen.

From what I see at the site Blogactive - it is not affiliated with the Democratic party. I can understand why people have a problem with closeted gays and lesbians who work against the interests of gay people. I don't believe for a minute that this is a Democratic initiative.

After looking at the Blogactive site, I have to agree with Joe T. This rather poorly designed site may be run by liberal individuals, but not anything officially by the Democratic Party. One point to consider is that when homosexuals internalize homophobia, they do often tend to become some of the worst enemies of the Gay Right's movement. It appears this site is taking that concept to heart, and being rather too zealous about it. I too would be critical of this over zealous agenda, but it is irresponsible and equally exaggerated to take this site and then suggest that "Democrats have a plan: purge the government of all homosexuals who refuse to support the liberal agenda." The extremity of this article is just as off base as the Blogactive site is off in the opposite direction. As is often the case, reality is found somewhere in between the extremes. Try taking on a moderate position, you'll be much more realistic, and a great deal easier to get along with, too.
