We're having my parents over.

Todays' Menu:
Fresh Red Peppers (we love these raw!)
Macaroni Salad
Bleu Cheese Burgers on Kaiser Rolls (grilled on the charcoal grill)
Corn on the Cob
Baked Beans
Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy (tastes exactly like a radler for those who've been to Bavaria)
Coconut Cream Pie

I can't wait!

mmm sounds yummy! I wont be cooking out today.. I got no plans to go anywhere or do anything I'll be working more than likely .. but I may throw some burgers on the grill and make some macaroni salad. :O)

Lets see, chicken, sausage,short ribs and skirt steak and the basic fixings, spanish rice and beans, pico de gallo, which is a type of hot sauce made for dipping and potato salad. I also making my famous rasberry, banna pie.

Kelly, it looks like it might rain here, but this is Texas, and we normally tend to BBQ anytime any day, even in a rain storm.

I want JoAnn's beans!! It's a must. Go check out the recipe on her page, she has it spotlighted. We're just staying home today and doing some chicken on the grill. I haven't figured out the sides yet. We went to a cookout yesterday and just had the basics: hot dogs, burgers, potato & mac salads and birthday cake. =)

Turkey on the rotisserie. It was cheaper than chicken. Mike said it was better than chicken.

Wow, that's alot of food! I made shrimp on a skewer, scallops on a skewer and marinated and rubbed London Broil. I put corn on the cob on the side. Just wonderful.
