These are a delicious and easy appetizer that are fun to make as well as fun to eat!!
You'll need:
Grapes (seedless, green or red)
Goat Cheese
Pistachios
Chop up the pistachios finely using a Pampered Chef Food Chopper (this way you can control how finely chopped they get - if you use a Cuisinart you risk making pasteout of them).
Wash and dry the grapes
Take a small amount of goat cheese in the palm of your hand and mold it around one grape.
Roll the grape in chopped pistachios & place on wax paper
Continue with all the grapes.
Refrigerate about an hour before serving.
These look great on a nice white serving platter with some Kale or lettuce underneath.
