I love cinnamon tea. Thought I would share it here with you all.
Cinnamon Tea
Boil one inch long cinnamon per cup for around 10 minutes in water so that the cinnamon is infused in water. Pour the infused cinnamon water into heated cups with tea bags. Add sugar and/or hot milk as desired. Tastes great first thing in the morning.
But for me, I can drink it any time.
PS: Cinnamon flavoured tea bags are available but these do not taste the same.
