Fantasy books

I need to find some good fantasy books to read.  I'm running low.  The Wheel of Time series is out for me though, couldn't get into those.  I've read George RR Martin, Neil Gaiman, Jacqueline Carey, Sara Douglass, Deborah Chester, Jim Butcher, Susan Wright, Juliet Marillier, Julian May, Michael A Stackpole, Neal Stepehnson, Mary Gentle, Storm Constantine, Fiona McIntosh, Susanna Clarke, Cecelia Dart-Thornton, Tamara Siler Jones, Jude Fisher, Robin Hobb, Sarah Monette, R Scott Baker, Ed Greenwood, Anne Bishop, Mercedes Lackey, James Clemens, Stephen Lawhead, RA Salvatore, Tolkien, Goodkind, Turtledove.  These I know about.  Any other recommendations?  I even read stuff on fiction press.  The best I'm come across on their is Queen of Glass by SJ Maas.

Yeah, WOT did get long and drawn out, didn't it? But I still have each and every one in the series...

Try Kate Elliot, Jennifer Roberson, Stephen Donaldson, Robert Newcomb, Eric van Lustbader or Melanie Rawn.

I'm half way through J.V. Jones' trilogy "The Book of Words" Very good so far.

I love JV Jones! Have you read her Sword of Shadows series? I'm waiting for the 3rd book to be released. I thought I was the only one who knew she existed. Haha. Glad someone else enjoys her writing.

David Duncan was a fun read too...Gilded Chain was fun, as was Paragon Lost. A couple in the series got a little dry, but in all, pretty interesting...

Try Dave Duncan's A Man of His Word Series. It starts with Magic Casement. Also good are The Mirror of Her Dreams and A Man Rides Through set by Stephen R. Donaldson. Although she's usually listed in Juvenile Fiction, Tamora Pierce does some great fantasy and has several series available.

Try Guy Gavriel Kay. He writes alternate history fantasies that are absolutely riveting.

Amazing book I found Awake (Are We)? Part 1 Journey to the Waterfall Kingdom fresh and engrossing. I found it online amazon

This might be a little different, but I like to read the Science Fiction Book Club's collections of short stories. They have volumes on a couple of different things, like wizards and such. It's really cool.

Some of my most recent favorites are Steven Erikson, Brian Ruckley and Patrick Rothfuss. The last two are new authors. Erickson is on book nine of his ten book Book of the Fallen series. Enjoy...

I like the Charlie Bone series by Jenny Nimmo and A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L' Engle.

I second those that have mentioed Stephen R Donaldson, especially his Chronicles of Thomas Covenant series. Not to be missed!
