I am eager for the white Queen Anne's Lace, blue chicory, and orange day-lilies to bloom in late spring/early summer. None are native to North American having been brought over by immigrants long ago and escaping into the wild from their gardens. However, they all bloom at the same time along the roadsides, and make a delightful, naturally-occurring bouquet.
