Maybe the State and City of New York need to build a wall, like East Germany, or use a gun, like North Korea or Cuba, to keep their people from leaving.

From the article:
The center, part of the CONSERVATIVE Manhattan Institute, blames the state's high cost of living and high taxes.
Gee, my son left Vegas because of the high cost of living, $1200 for his apartment. He bought a house in Twin Falls Id.under Obama's stimulus and pays $900.He paid no state taxes in Nevada yet people are flocking away from there too!!!!
A co-worker from New Hampshire was all jazzed that he rented a 3 bedroom house locally for $500 a month.(I think he is getting ripped off) He says such a home would be at least twice as much back home.
This article could well be spun that Bush's recession has caused an exodus to more affordable housing but it's Windstoms story, he can spin it whatever way he wants.
