"notify the authorities" - mmm .... I have been informed recently, unwillingly I'll tell you, that not everybody thinks of the "authorities" as the good guys even compared to pimps and pros; so while they certainly should have notified them, they didn't for whatever reason.

Bush did this Bush did that ... um okay.... let's just say it's allll Bush's fault; I don't agree with that but let's just say it for the sake of argument. How in the world does the fact that Bush did it make it right for this Congress to have been continuuing it and refusing to rectify it?
