The other day I was pushing a heavy load and I used my legs and lower back to brace myself as I was pushing it. Now my lower spine area is very sore and has been for 3 days. It is making me toss and turn at night and distracting during the day. I know these things simply take time to heal.
In the meantime, though, I was wondering if anyone knew of any simple stretches for the lower back that would help, rather than aggravate, the pain? Obviously I don't want to do any further damage but I know that with some pulled muscles, stretches can make them feel better.
And, whether you have any tips and suggestions or not, please pray that the muscles will heal and that the pain will go away quickly! As a mother of six, I live a busy, fast-paced lifestyle and don't have time to be waylaid by this pain.
