Justin Bieber's monkey got stopped at the border in Berlin and missed that leg of his Believe concert tour. It seems the Beauty and a Beat singer failed to bring along the proper paperwork to allow the animal into the country.
According to a report from Celebuzz, this is the latest in Bieber pets that is being met with some trepidation on behalf of bystanders. Justin got a hamster last year, which he turned around and gave to a fan. The little furry rodent met its demise just recently after suffering a bout of bad health.
Justin faces a fine in Germany for bringing the improperly papered primate into the country without the right papers. But receiving fines and breaking rules seems rather apropos for the As Long As You Love Me singer in recent weeks.
Do you think Justin buying himself a monkey is just one more way of convincing himself that his money and fame can buy happiness? He's been distraught since his split from Selena Gomez. Is he trying to pacify himself in a variety of ways—acting out, wreaking havoc and buying an exotic pet? It all sounds a bit outlandish and not in tune with the young man fans (and their parents) had come to love and respect.
Will Justin Bieber's monkey be allowed into the next country he visits on his Believe tour? Hopefully someone behind the scenes is getting all the proper paperwork in order so Justin doesn't simply hand the monkey off to a nearby fan.
