Marisa Zanuck was a fun addition to the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She came on as a friend of Kyle Richards during season 3 but quickly made friends with the other ladies and appeared to be a good fit for the group. However, it appears as though fans may have seen the last of her on Monday's finale episode.
"This is my final blog and I want to dedicate it to all of you that have supported me immensely throughout this experience," Marisa writes in her weekly Bravo blog, hinting that this is the end of her reality journey. "I really appreciate the time you took to write me and share your perspectives; you have given me some really great advice. I also appreciate the constructive criticism because it helped me think about the choices I have made and the things I have said." During the show, Marisa was definitely outspoken and some of the things she said about her husband were taken as offensive to some. Marisa sometimes made harsh jokes about her marriage and sleeping with other people, but she never meant it to hurt her husband -- or make anyone think that her marriage wasn't a happy one.
"My husband Dean and I have grown closer as we discussed the things I've said on the show," Marisa reveals. "I regret many things that I have said without thinking, but my husband and I are deeply in love and after 16 years we know how we truly feel about each other." Marisa and Dean's marriage may have seemed to be slightly strained on the show, but it's good to hear that off-camera, things are just fine.
It's sad to see that Marisa won't be returning to the show, but it's good to have gotten to know her in the time she was on!
