The President's Secret Book...History Channel Documentary...Watch It, Or Not...

It seems that most are getting to the point that unless there is drama, or justification for an argument, there is no true interest in what is presented by others. That is fine, but with that in mind, I am certainly not going to waste my time writing in my own words, long posts, as I usually do that may or may not be viewed based upon the lack of drama that seems to be the main attraction with many on both sides. So, just consider this something before you that you can either take time to view, or just dismiss it. Personally, I am just tired of trying to speak to those who are unwilling to participate without the presence of their beloved drama...Watch it, or not...I personally do not give a damn...

Seems like I saw part of this one once and it was quite good. I'll tell you an excellent documentary series you should definitely get -- think you can for a very reasonable price. It's called 'Secret Mysteries of America's Beginnings.' Really goes back to guys like Francis Bacon (who had the idea to create a new Atlantis as America) and John Dee. There was a recent article on NewsWithViews which delved into the same territory but I can't remember the author. Anyway, I just have the first part but it's excellent -- deals with the Masonic architecture in Washington DC and a lot more. I think it's won some awards too, and Amazon should still have it. Wonder if they are going to revive Jesse Ventura's 'Conspiracy Theory' show on TruTV? That was pretty good. Thanks for posting this!

I'm sorry you seem to be so bitter,Vic;You've been giving out some good information,and not everyone is ignoring what you have to say. I've been watching the "Book of Secrets" quite a bit;In fact,it's one of my favorite documentaries. The last one I watched had to do with "Area 51". I was stationed out at Nellis AFB (twice),where that piece of the Nellis Range was called "Dreamland". I heard a few stories about what went on there before it became part of pop-culture;fascinating stuff.

Hi, Norman...I am not so much bitter as I am disappointed with the lack of interests. I am posting on others sites, as well, and some do seem more concerned with the direction of this nation than with the ability to argue...I am thankful for people like you who are awake and seeing what is happening, and not concerned with the drama. I am just growing tired of the games; things are getting far too serious for that to continue...Thank you, my dear friend...

I watched it on "America's Book of Secrets". One story I heard while at Nellis (and I have every reason to believe it's true) was that a couple of fighters were engaged in a mock dogfight over the Nellis Range during one of our Red Flag exercises;As they got close to the restricted airspace over Groom Lake (Area 51),their Guard Frequency warned them to stay clear. They didn't,and one of the planes was shot down;The aircrew was immediately taken into custody after they baled out. Whatever's there,these peple are deadly serious about keeping it under wraps.

I have stopped writing Vic. I don't know if you have noticed. I just post and paste and go on my merry way....and the band plays on. When I mentioned no one coming to view some good articles I had posted a person (not mentioning a name) told me to stop whining.These are people who do not write Vic. They are people who do not take serious what is going on. They are here for games and ridicule and smart ass remarks and who can outsmart their (what they think) is witty humor. I have also been going to a couple of sites and they do not do this. A lot has to do believe it or not, with the way the site is managed and run. Just like this country is going to hell in a straw basket because of who is running it.... same concept. I am going to watch what you have posted now. Thank you Vic.

Hi, Nikita...I don't really care for the views or the comments, but it is the fact that those who at one time visited do not do so anymore, even from those which have posts that I visit regularly. The trolls do nothing but troll; they don't even matter, nor do they have anything to say with any substance. I post for a simple reason; I have something to say and I try to keep others informed with the events or the issues before us. I will just post for those who wish to visit, but I am not going to spend a ton of time writing posts, if even my friends are too busy to visit. I will save that for the sites where there seems to be interest...Thank you, my friend...

Vic, you have got to please yourself... You cant please everyone especially in cyber space... Some people live for the moment, they dont plan for the future, they just dont have the frame of mind to comprehend the information that you are trying to convey... I have friends like this, they dont care about our past and they dont care about the future, they live for the moment... In otherwords, they just exist, these are the kind of people that dont have alot going for them, if you ask me...

Thank you, Thomas...There is so much about to happen in this nation, and maybe that is why I get frustrated with the sudden lack of concern or the fact that those who I once anticipated showing up to add to the thoughts on the issue no longer do so. This is not the time to shift areas of interests or to stop paying attention to what is happening...I will just continue to post for anyone who may feel inclined to pay attention...

Hi Vic. I think a lot of folks got the wind knocked out of them when Obama got a second term. They have given up hope. They feel defeated. On the other hand, there are those of us that will keep up the fight regardless of what appears to be the status quo. Just know that you are not alone in the fight. There are others that are putting the truth out there and every now and then it causes some one to wake up.

Hi, Big Mama...Many of us were floored when Obama was re-elected, and it just made me fight harder. The truth is that if Romney had won, nothing would really have changed except for the perception presented to us. Those of us who are awake need to stick together and support each other, but it seems lately that we must present something that promotes drama or a nasty debate instead of just presenting information in order to get anyone's attention. I have never played those games, and it is certainly too late and far too crucial a time to start now...Thank you, my friend...

See VIc, you can admit that there are flaws on both sides of the political field but there are those who will never ever admit in their side being in the wrong.. I think some on here arent really capable of debating or presenting facts, instead they think they are being comical and really missed their chance at being stand up comedians, they wouldnt know the first thing about a debate...
Have you noticed that many of them cant present facts... many of them just want to pick fights on here... but I bet they would be the first ones to run if they were actually confronted... It could be the Neapolitan attitude...so they hide behind a computer and drum up trumped up charges against someone just because they have this cult like addiction for a president that doesnt know them, will never know them, doesnt care about them, they are a nobody to him, just as we are... Does this make sense? They take it as if someone is talking about them... its just plain nuts....lol I am glad that that I dont have this kind of addiction, and glad that no one has this kind of brainwashing control over us.... We are free....

Hi, Truth...I see it, as well, my friend...Party loyalty with some is more the goal than the good of the nation, and they don't even seem to hide it anymore. And you are absolutely right...Some are looking to create either humor or drama and they have no idea as to what is actually happening in this nation. It is getting harder and harder to watch...

Vic, sometimes when it comes to politics and religion, we all need to take a breather... I get bored with being on here sometimes and not to mention its basically the same old stuff... I try to find new interest... Its the same way with my house... I get bored with the furniture sitting one way, just have to rearrange it... I have always been this way, I am surprised that I have been on here going on 7 yrs ...
I have a new tv station now that I am very much into, it shows alot of the oldies that I havent seen for awhile... I love it.... so this will entertain me for awhile... then sometimes, I hang out on Utube , listening to all kinds of songs, it just depends on my mood... You might try this, then when you feel like it ,just start writing again... there will always be much to write about when it comes to politics...lol
Also, the weather is going to break soon and there is plenty of yard work to do, gather is just a fill in until I can get outside and hang out with friends and family...

Hi, Randi...If you are experiencing comments not posting, it is Gather, not your PC...I always save my comments to Microsoft Word, then try to post the comment...If the comment vanishes, I still have in on Microsoft Word and I can copy and paste it again...Once it works, I remove it from Microsoft Word...Some of my comments are quite long, so I hate it when I lose one...Thank you, my friend...
