Demi Lovato needs an immediate visit from the Fashion Police--and not necessarily the TV show with Kelly Osbourne either. She needs real Fashion Police officers to take her off the streets in the attire she was spotted wearing in L.A. Monday.
According to a report from PerezHilton.com, The X Factor judge was photographed channeling a combination of bag lady and Betty Boop as she strolled through The Grove in L.A.
Sporting a strange black skirt with mesh cut outs and black ankle boots with spikes, Demi topped her look with a baggy pink Betty Boop denim jacket and her signature black hat. The Give Your Heart A Break singer accessorized her outfit with a black leather bag on a really long chain strap and black shades.

If Demi Lovato was trying to maneuver through L.A. incognito, she failed. She also failed at putting together a decent outfit. Next time you're out and about, Demi--and don't feel like dressing up--opt for jeans and t-shirt. It's a timeless look that although sometimes sloppy far surpasses whatever this conglomeration of pieces was meant to be.
