$15.5M settlement reached in NM confinement case

...OMG!! this is something that I am having a hard time believing that this has happened again!!!

...A southern New Mexico county announced Tuesday that it reached a $15.5 million settlement to end the legal battle over the case of a man who was held in solitary confinement for two years without a trial and was so neglected that he took out his own tooth and His toe nails curled under his feet,

...This is especially disgusting to me especially since there was no trial!! m No amount of money can give this man the two years in solitary, neglected bad enough that if he was a prisoner of war, there would be war crimes charged.

Solitary confinement is also a form of torture. I hope everyone understands why due process is so important. (See the prisoners we hold in Cuba.)

When the due process is rigged, as it has been for ages in this country, it does not mean too much...

ANd it has changed for the better.
I lost 22 months and 22 days because some stupid cops though I could be operated on in ST Louis county, and, at the same freaking time, commit a crime, in Sarasota Florida.
They had governmental immunity back then.
but my revenge was that I got a chance to set up those 2 crooked cops after I got out of the service.
...I was working as an off the books unloader for several moving companies in the area I lived in.
...They wanted to know of places they could rob when the people being moved would arrive a day or 2 later.
...SInce, at THAT time, I was th "volunteer coridinator" for the Ford DOle, campaign, I met the incoming head of the local office of the FBI, 2 days later, and I set them up.
...They got 10 years each.
...Cops in prison. Any wonder why I am smiling right now.
