Taylor Swift sold her Hyannis Port, Massachusetts home two weeks ago. This is the one she bought to be near Conor Kennedy and the Kennedy family, when she was dating the son of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and the late Mary Kennedy last summer.
According to a report from E!, when the I Knew You Were Trouble singer turned around and sold the home she spent $4.8 million on, she profited almost a million in the deal.
It certainly sounds like Taylor's obsession with the Kennedy family has come to an end. She was to be neighbors with Conor Kennedy's grandmother, Ethel Kennedy, and was supposedly loving summer life in Hyannis Port. Oh, how one's likes and dislikes can change--especially when one is pop and country music charts diva.
It seems Swift did have some work done to the Hyannis Port home, including installing a new kitchen, renovating some bathrooms and replacing the whole septic system. She probably put nearly as much into the improvement of the home as she got out of the sale of it.
This no doubt means that Taylor Swift and Conor Kennedy are Never Ever Getting Back Together--just like Taylor and One Direction's Harry Styles and just this week it's speculated she and The A Team singer Ed Sheeran might be over as well.
It's a really good thing Swift doesn't buy a home every time she gets a new boyfriend--although real estate agents would love the business!
