Sistah - I'm late commenting too for which I humbly apologize - as always trouble getting on Gather - changed my password - we'll see what happens - that said -

Wow on this poem. I love your simple yet direct style. You should go on the circuit with your book and do poetry readings. I would totally love to see you do that. Keep up the very good work and I pray that all is well at your home now no matter where your hat is hanging now. Your heart is always in a good place! Salud

Great to see you, Sistah! I really want to go on the circuit. I have been bogged down with much stuff but am striving for peace. Finding the home within and looking for balance will allow everything else to happen. I am doing yoga, following an Atkins type diet (advice of my new OB-GYN - she is a fantastic, dynamic and very spiritual women - another blessing). I had been gaining weight despite dieting - but now I have shed 15 pounds and look to a brighter future everyday.
