Credit Suisse Faces DOJ Probe Into Mortgage Products

...The wheels of justice may turn very slowly, but it seems that the case against Credit Siisse may be complete and that a possible trial will start soon, accusing the bank of fraud concerning sub prime loans.

...The same statement says that the rest of the investigations of the sub prime disaster are also going forward, and thatÂ more announcement are forthcoming.

...SOmething needs to be done about big business too big to fail needs to be divided into smaller pieces that can fail and not take our national economy with it.

Money tends to clump. That is, those who have money find it easier to get more money and the more money one has the easier it is to get more. Therefore, we get these cycles in which money in more and more concentrated in the hands of a few until the economy collapses thus bringing everybody down. Then money starts being more and more concentrated again. Too big to fail is inevitable and is always followed by collapse. It's just that today the whole world economy will go down at once when that failure inevitably happens. It's the nature of our money.

Therefore too big to fail is inevitable. When money is too concentrated in the hands of a few the economy will collapse because the money will stop flowing. If the poor cannot buy, the economy stops. The difference between today and hundreds of years ago is that the whole world's economy is now a single economy. When the collapse that's coming due to concentrated wealth happens it will be the world economy that falls apart. There will be no escape. Wars and totalitarian governments will be just part of the results. It's the nature of our money.
