Was Fox and CBS intentionally left out of the list of "TRUSTED" news sources?
...I did not find out untill Gathjer left CBS that he fought the story and wanted more proof.
Fox news is slanted, like the rest, but it has been proven wrong more times than just the one cbs thing.
Stan's lawyer failed to call several key witnesses, or to present important evidence. The case was dismissed.
We later learned that CBS had promised Stan's lawyer his own radio show. Stan intended to appeal, but a diagnoses of brain cancer changed his plans.
As soon as the time limit for appeal passed, CBS fired McIlvain, and Stan's lawyer was given his own radio show. Stan died about six months later.
