A TRIBUTE TO MY SISTER, LAURIE.

It is hard to believe that almost a year has passed since my sister, Laurie, succumbed to cancer. I cannot begin to say how much I/we miss her. This Sunday, February 17, we will be having the unveiling of her headstone, a Jewish tradition. It is almost fitting that we have this on a Sunday since she spent almost every Sunday for the last few years at my home. She loved our company as we did her's. Not to mention, she was my greatest cooking fan. :-)

I'm so sorry for your loss David. The headstone will be a tribute as wonderful as your memories of Laurie are. I'm sure even after a year the loss is raw but console yourself with the thought of what a wonderful relationship you enjoyed and how special she must have thought the Dear Brother she loved to spend time with.

a very good brother, david. I remember, as a child, looking up to see young adults in the same fashions, and wanting to emulate them. Now, as time has passed.... so much has happened. I see the love and hope on both your faces.
