Why do I make that assertion? Because the Tea Part is in fact not a political party at all. Rand Paul is going to give the Tea Party Reply to the Obama 2013 State of the Union Address.

Next time we have a republican president, let's be thorough. 4 responses: democrat, liberal, libertarian, and wild eyed gun toting militia.

I guess there's just so much outrage that one reply can't possibly contain it.

Or they're just showing off. Either explanation works for me.
