Christopher Dorner is quickly becoming a hero among many people in the United States, despite being called a "domestic terrorist" by the LAPD. Why are people supporting a man who has killed three already?
Apparently, people feel that Dorner is a "hero" for doing what he did. Though most people do not support the killings, they are supporting Dorner for standing up for a cause.
The internet has become awash with memes depicting Dorner as everyone from The Terminator to Rambo to Batman. People are making comments left and right about how Dorner is standing up to the government and doing what is right.
Here are just a few examples of what people are saying about Dorner:
"I support the man, not the killings. #GoDornerGo #WeAreAllChrisDorner"
"The Great Race against time; to shut #Dorner up dead before truth becomes an LAPD nightmare"
"#Dorner isn't making the #LAPD look like violent, racist, trigger-happy thugs, they do that themselves... he's just focused attention on it"
"The LAPD want Chris Dorner dead. They don't want him spilling their secrets in court. Dead mouths don't tell secrets."
As you can see, there are many, many people rooting for Christopher Dorner. Whether they believe that he had to kill three people or not, they all seem to believe that he is on some truth-seeking mission.
Are you on Dorner's side? If so, why?

Were his outrage and rage at all justified. It is hard to tell from the outside. But the LAPD has one of the worst histories of incompetence, corruption, criminality and racism, a history which goes back at least to the 1950s.
Jesse James had a fan club too. It was a similar situation, let's all become fans of the dude that "stands up to the Man." But Jesse James committed heinous acts of slaughter, and his victims were often good people.
I hope that Dorner will be taken alive (though I doubt it) so that people will be able to see that he is not that great. By the way, O.J. Simpson, not a nice man.
The difference between the rest of us is that we don't have a screw lose or have a chip on our shoulder
Supporting the man, but not the killings, that is B.S. Once upon a time, we loved Jesse James, and we worshipped o.J. Simpson. both brutal stone killers just like Dorner. Malcolm X used words! Not bullets. it is embarrassing, to have a few Americans willing to idolize vicious scum.

Whatever the reason he may have thought that he had for committing outright murder of innocent people, he was wrong. In our society, there is never any justifable reason for deliberately taking another persons life, except in the defense of one's own life, in defense of another person's life and/or that of an enemy in combat or by reason of insanity. In Mr. Doner's case, it would appear that only the latter would apply.
If he is captured alive, whether or not he should forfeit his own life for taking the lives of three people, should be first determined by a pshyciatrist and if he was found to be sane at the time he committed the murders, then in a court of law by a jury of his peers.
If a mental examination finds that he was not sane at the time he committed the crimes, then he must be viewed as a psychotic individual who was not responsible for his actions and is entitled to medical treatment for his mental problems.
Cool movie about a guy who was in jail but figured out a way to get out with no one kowing about it and he went around killing the scumbag that killed his family and all the people in the system that let him out on a technicality...
'course, he had to die in the end...spoiler alert...
I do hope that because of this someone actually looks into this allegations more seriously about the corruption of the police dept.
Since he is black, he gets an extra dose of "due process"...
Easy there pirate man, I suspect that you are treading on very thin ice with that statement.
Don't forget, Robert Blake with an all white jury walked as well, when it was obvious that he was just as quilty of murder as OJ was.
It's not the jury, it's the presented evidence. If given even the slightest reason to suspect that a person may be innocent, the jury must return a verdict of not guilty.
is this another way for our government to eliminate the best shooter we'd have against them if it came down to that?
You keep posting comments and we will keep laughing our ass off. However, you may want to consider that it has been proven, that self induced mental paranoia will eventually come full circle. Hope you don't own or have access to a gun when that happens, suicide can be messy.
Likely the fact that everyone agrees that the LAPD. Is racist and corrupt combined with the high level of distrust in government in general right now and the seething desire for revolution amongst many on the right and the left, and his status as a military-hero prototype combined to make him into a cause celebre.
But, even though I sometimes admire the principle behind {some of} the actions of groups like "Anonymous" vigilantism just can't be condoned. Those who choose to take the law into their own hands rarely limit it to appropriate action--killing is just plain beyond reason. It's so difficult to understand this man's cult status.
The typos...not a big deal, just blame it on your "stylus" like everyone else, LOL.
