I did really good with working out this week. I will start from Saturday.
Saturday - Yoga Booty Ballet Hip Hop (30 min)
Sunday - Rest
Monday - Hip Hop Abs Cardio Groove (40 min)
Tuesday - I did not work out but I did shovel the driveway for over an hour and this was as good as any workout.
Wednesday - Hip Hop Abs Original (48 min)
Thursday - Hip Abs Booty Shakin (38 min + I did the bonus which is just under 4 min.)
Friday - Today I tried a new DVD by Billy Blanks Jr. called Hip Hoop Mix. The DVD is 52 minutes long.
I will need to do at least a little bit of yoga today after I pick everyone up. I did not do enough stretching this week in my opinion. Tomorrow I will do some kind of workout with a little resistance training. The Hip Hop Abs workout really work out your muscles and give you a lot of cardio and you work your abs a lot in the dance moves also I am counting the shoveling as resistance training this week as well.
Didn't really intend to do all Hip Hop related workouts this week, it just kind of worked out that way.
