Nkosi Thandiwe shot three women, murdering one and injuring two others in Atlanta's midtown business district in 2010. He testified that he learned to hate white people in college.
Thandiwe killed Brittany Watts, 26. Lauren Garcia, 24, was paralyzed as a result of a gunshot wound to her back and Tiffany Ferenczy, 24, was shot in the calf, as reported by Erica Ritz of theBlaze. He was found guilty of murder, aggravated assault and carjacking among other counts.
The Atlanta Journal Constitution reported that Thandiwe's motivation to kill white people stemmed from a racial bias against white people taught "during his later years as an anthropology major at the University of West Georgia."
He testified,
"I was trying to prove a point that Europeans had colonized the world, and as a result of that, we see a lot of evil today. In terms of slavery, it was something that needed to be answered for. I was trying to spread the message of making white people mend."
The ongoing effort by many in academia to vilify white people is not new. As for this young mans apparent excuse for this crime while he languishes in jail he should have a go at educating himself on slavery he might find out that through out time black people were just a small minority that were enslaved and that every white person in Europe at one time or another where slaves. That's every person that lived in France, Britannia, Germany, Spain, Greece, Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria, and many more country's around that area. and it was not just for 400 years like the black slavery in America it was but for nearly a 1,000 years of course to people like this young man and to some extent people like Richard that does not count in terms of slavery, to them its only the black population of the earth that were hard done by and put into slavery.
And one more fact that they should educate themselves on is the many white Europeans that were put into slavery at the time of the American slavery issue over 1.25 million Europeans were taken and put into slavery and this might surprise people when they read the reason why, it was because Europeans were highly prized and could fetch 20-30 times more money at the slave market than any black slave did.

I agree with Renee that identity politics is not a good thing. I also think its true that liberal veiwpoints are more common on University campuses, than elsewhere, and that liberals do tend to be more forceful opponents of racism. I think it unfortunate that some liberal commenters sometimes ignore other forms of racism (some of which are very subtle, and related to the abuses of affirmative action, but that is a whole different topic).
Having said all of that, there is no question, in my mind, that because of the unique history of the US, we have a unique form of widespread and underlying racism, that is targeted against "Black" people, and that even includes the uniquely American definition of race.
As for the subject of this article, hate crime is horrible thing, no matter who the perpetrator or the victim. As is hatred of any group, no matter how defined.
Im not sure what you are asking. Do you want a source that says that Black racism is not less terrible than white racism? When I say terrible, I mean the concept, not the results.
