As you may have read a few days ago I am taking part in the Association for Global New Thought's (AGNT) Season for Nonviolence - to promote peace now through April 4th. Each day they will have a picture with a message to help promote peace, one of the guiding principals I love about Unity is that "world peace starts with you". It's true, and simple and I couldn't help but let it change me.
Today's "message" is make a list of five ways I can take better care of myself, honor that list by practicing one today. This one has been really hard for me...
- Take a multivitamin
- Practice more Meditation
This was seriously all I could think of, I mean I could do the eat better, drink more water, work out, all the usual but I think what I most need right now is more of the mental work. Not a whole lot that show up on a list for that.
I welcome ideas for stress relief I could add to my list... by the way took my vitamin three days in a row! (I am horrible at taking pills!)
